2. Educational and Informational Nature of the Services

The Services are provided solely for educational, informational, and personal self-reflection purposes. The First Lie Audit is designed to facilitate structured examination of personal beliefs, behaviors, patterns, perceptions, decisions, experiences, and self-concept.

The Services are not intended to evaluate, diagnose, treat, prevent, cure, mitigate, or manage any medical, psychological, psychiatric, behavioral, emotional, or other health condition.

3. No Medical, Mental Health, Therapeutic, or Professional Services

THE SERVICES DO NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL CARE, PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES, PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES, THERAPY, COUNSELING, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, CLINICAL ASSESSMENT, CRISIS SERVICES, OR PROFESSIONAL HEALTHCARE ADVICE.

No statement, question, prompt, observation, reflection, response, result, communication, or other material made available through the Services should be construed as establishing a professional opinion, clinical finding, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or substitute for individualized advice from an appropriately licensed professional.

Participation does not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, counselor-client, psychologist-client, psychiatrist-patient, fiduciary, or other professional healthcare relationship between the Participant and Redacted Before Dawn or any person associated with the Services.

Participants with medical, psychological, psychiatric, behavioral, or other health-related concerns should seek appropriate evaluation and care from a qualified and duly licensed professional.

4. Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Responsibility

Participation in The First Lie Audit is voluntary and undertaken at the Participant's sole discretion. By accessing or participating in the Services, the Participant acknowledges responsibility for determining whether the nature, subject matter, and intensity of the experience are appropriate for the Participant's individual circumstances.

The Services may address personal experiences, identity, relationships, beliefs, behavior, self-perception, decisions, conflict, accountability, and other subjects that may be emotionally challenging or uncomfortable.

The Participant remains solely responsible for the Participant's own decisions, actions, interpretations, responses, and well-being before, during, and after participation.

5. No Representations, Warranties, or Guaranteed Outcomes

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

Redacted Before Dawn makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding any specific personal, psychological, emotional, behavioral, relational, educational, professional, financial, or transformational outcome resulting from participation in the Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, Redacted Before Dawn does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, suitable for every Participant, or capable of producing any particular result.

13. No Waiver of Nonwaivable Rights

Nothing contained in this Disclaimer is intended to waive or limit any consumer, privacy, statutory, contractual, or other legal right that may not lawfully be waived or limited. Where applicable law provides rights or protections that are inconsistent with a provision of this Disclaimer, applicable law will control to the extent of the inconsistency.

14. Modifications to This Disclaimer

Redacted Before Dawn reserves the right to revise this Legal & Privacy Disclaimer to reflect changes in the Services, technology, operational practices, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

Where required or appropriate, material changes affecting the collection, use, or processing of Participant information will be communicated through the Services or another appropriate method of notice.

The date displayed at the top of this page identifies the current version of this Disclaimer.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Disclaimer is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
